The Wisdom of the Subtle Body

In inner methods that cultivate refined awareness,  we learn the tongue of the subtle body dialect.-

Where do I hold longing? How does intuition surge through? How do I build the courage to endure pain of the physical, emotional, interpersonal realms?

The divine doors of the sense body open us not just to sensations of bliss..

Suffering Is part  of the path of awakening.

We all have accumulation of stress, trauma, overwhelm

So it’s not the disappearance of afflictive emotions that places us on the path

rather its how we cultivate the inner methods that allow us to endure.

Find ease in the midst

Pain is  inescapable, and that’s an immutable truth of human existence.

When we  resist pain -we  contract around it - it lasts longer &  you suffer more.

Instead, can you widen your window of tolerance.

What you’re willing to stay awake for.

To relate to your  pain.

So the question is how do you touch this body?

how do you meet in your own system the emergence of Fear? longing? love? can we touch the body without judgement, tone of loving kindness open awareness.

A touchstone to remind us of solace within.
